Systemic Inflammation
Systemic inflammation is the reason why you create plaques in the blood vessels.
Inflammation in the blood vessels is a result of;
- Consuming inflammatory foods; Sugar in all forms, seed oils, processed foods, wheat products.
- Alcohol consumption.
- Cigarette smoking.
- Frequent eating.
- Lipopolysaccharides that comes from the bad bacteria in our gut.
These plaques reduce the amount of blood flowing towards tissues and organs and they expose you to multiple conditions;
- Heart disease
- Strokes
- Dementia
- Arthritis
- Blindness
- Nerve problems
The system has made you believe that cholesterol is the problem. IT’S NOT!
Eat foods rich in cholesterol. Cholesterol comes in to mop up the inflammation.
If you drop the above, there’s no way you will complain about “bad” cholesterol.
Remember, there’s no “good” and “bad” cholesterol. We only have Cholesterol.
Don’t panic when your cholesterol levels misbehave. Simply change the kitchen and your relationship with food.
