How Carbohydrates Feed Their Own Appetite

How carbohydrates feed their own appetite;

Carb intake increases blood sugars which then increases insulin secretion.

Insulin sends blood glucose into fat cells lowering blood glucose to lower than normal levels.

Low blood sugars sends you into low energy, mood swings,sweating,blurred vision,headaches,confusion,and cravings.

The craving is not for proteins or fats. That’s why you don’t run to take avocados, fatty meats or eggs. It is for more CARBS.

You then start to wonder how you can’t lose weight even when you’ve enrolled a gym for 6 months.

Why you can’t fast for longer hours, even when you are a heavy meal(carbs) before starting the fast.

Why you have been diagnosed with diabetes when you have been eating a “balanced diet” with 70% of the plate as CARBS.

Why you are constantly having a flu or allergies that don’t end even when you change bed sheets, body spray and clean up surfaces to clear dust.

The earlier you understand that you deserve what you are going through the better.

It’s only when you suffer that you will find help and solutions.

The problem is you. It has nothing to do with the environment around you.

You are what you eat.
