Goals are Personal

People tell me they lack sleep when they fast.

When you are new to fasting, you might experience this because the body is experiencing some stress and adaptation.

Once you grow into it, it is flawless.

Most people jump into fasting just because they are newly diagnosed with hypertension or they went for a normal checkup and realised their cholesterol levels are high and they are afraid of dying.

Now, they want fasting as a quick fix!

Don’t be that type of human.

Start from at least dropping the unnecessary, then eating right and complement that with fasting.

The transition will be manageable.

Again, these fasting schedules are constant. Every week and every month. If you missed this one, it’s not a crime. Do the 48 hour fast that is starting today at 7 pm to Sunday at 7 pm.

Excuses will not heal that body.

Goals are personal. Don’t wait to fast with the group.
