Thin and Fat are The Same

Being THIN is not the same as being LEAN.

To those who ask;

Doc, how would I fast when I am already thin?

Will fasting make me thinner yet I want to add weight?

Now, you did not grow thin because you were fasting right?

Miraculously, fasting will now make an already thin person who hasn’t fasted before more thin? How did you grow thin?

Fasting is not a weightloss program. It is a survival mechanism.

It helps you heal the gut so you can absorb nutrients optimally.

It helps you clean up the fats in your liver because you are a TOFI( Thin outside,Fat inside).

You lost weight because you are constantly eating inflammatory foods that mess up your nutrient absorption.

You are doing the same things and expecting different results.

Unlearn.

Thin/ slim people should;

  • Fast(OMAD, 48 hour fast)
  • Eat clean; zero sugars, seed oils, restaurant foods,alcohol, wheat. Eat fatty proteins, vegetables and avocados.
  • Hit the gym at least 3 times a week to build muscle. Go for weight lifting. Start small even with an empty bar and grow gradually.

Be consistent, disciplined and patient.

Otherwise you will sit there complaining while others are getting better.
