“Healthy Food Is Expensive”

“Healthy food is expensive.” Says the fat and indisciplined people chewing chips and chicken every day and slapping it down their throats with soda and belching uncontrollably.
Let’s be honest.
How did you become fat in the first place?
Was it eggs?
Was it fatty meat?
Was it avocado?
Was it ghee, tallow or butter?
You want to tell me you slept one night and woke up the following morning obese and realized you’ve been eating so much fats? Taweeeee!
You became fat by eating ultra-processed junk, refined carbs, seed oils, sugar, soda, burgers, fries, sausages, alcohol, late nights and zero discipline.
If you can afford;
- Fast food
- Soda daily
- Snacks, pastries, mafuta ya kupika, chips
- Alcohol and sugar-loaded drinks
You cannot complain when it’s time to buy real food.
The problem is, you want to mix the two. You have no discipline. You can’t be consistent because you have priorities for what feeds your thrills. Sometimes, it is laziness.
You want to blame hormones,genes and God. The three cannot come and clean up your kitchen.
You cannot fast because ” I will faint”. Wait until the real fainting comes.
Does it hit you that, if famine hit today, fat people would die last?
Because the body burns stored fat for survival.
Refrain from chronic overeating of rubbish.
Refrain from these phrases;
“Fat will make me fat.”
You’re already fat without eating animal fats.
“Fat will clog my arteries.”
Yet you got metabolic disease eating low-fat, high-sugar, high-carb garbage.
Eggs didn’t make you obese. Meat didn’t give you insulin resistance. Tallow and saturated fats didn’t destroy your health.
- Ultra-processed foods did.
- Sugar in all forms did.
- Refined carbohydrates did.
- Seed oils did.
Health isn’t expensive. Chronic disease is.
Wake up!
