Protecting Testosterone

PROTECTING TESTOSTERONE

Men, protect your testosterone hormone with all you have.

This is a hormone produced primarily in the testes. The adrenal gland can also be involved in its production later in life as a back up.

Testosterone hormone promotes muscle growth and stimulates libido.

If you are over 50 and your levels are on the downfall, you can consult a reproductive health doctor to help you understand and take a recommended dose of testosterone.

Younger men can bring back their levels naturally without needing the shot.

Low testosterone levels are the reason most men experience the following;

  • Depression.
  • Daily fatigue even after 6-8 hours of sleep.
  • Irritability.
  • Decreased muscle mass and strength.
  • Femininity.
  • Cardiovascular disease.
  • Weak bones; osteoporosis
  • Low libido.
  • Erectile dysfunction.
  • Cognitive decline.
  • Increased belly fat.

Generally, a decline in motivation and quality of life.

Also check your vitamin B12 levels. Most adults have a deficiency in it because of malabsorption from a messed up gut.

Vegans suffer most on this one; vitamin B 12 deficiency. Eat meat.

Natural ways to boost testosterone levels;

  • Read masculine books.
  • Have a routine and stick to it.
  • Enroll a gym and lift weights.
  • Lose weight.
  • Take cold showers
  • If you have ED, go on a sex fast for 60-90 days.
  • Avoid masturbation and pornography.
  • Rehydrate adequately with salt and water.
  • Start fasting.
  • Eat a high animal protein diet. Make it fatty. Testosterone comes from cholesterol.

Thank me when you get 3 erections in a day.

Pound the yam to satisfaction. If you can, retain that semen.
The normal ranges of testosterone are;

15-25 Pg/mL for free testosterone.

600-900 Ng/dL for Total testosterone.

You want both to be at high normal.

If you consider injecting testosterone shots;

Check your estradiol levels. This is a type of estrogen.

Normally, a testosterone shot can spike estradiol levels. This will make your situation worse.

Man-boobs, emotions,hips and uneven fat deposition can be experienced.

It’s always fair to check estradiol levels and if they start to creep up, you can take anastrozole 1 mg once a week to offset that.

Either way, you can easily see there’s a pill for every ill here. We have one pill to “fix” the problem, then another one to fix the problem caused by the first pill.

You have a choice!

Again, be aware that Testosterone shots can cause blood thickening exposing you to clots. You can confirm this by checking you full hemogram to check for the Hb levels and hematocrit levels. If they are so high, donate blood or take some ginger and garlic concoction. They are natural blood thinners. Hold back on the shots as you enhance lifestyle modifications.

For those who have had a risk of heart attack, atrial fibrillation or arrhythmias, don’t donate blood. It can bring back the condition. Simply stop the shots and enhance lifestyle.

We can already see that the shots are NOT a bright idea even though they help. It’s easier the natural way!

Always check those two. If your doctor says nothing about that, RUN!
