Walking Barefoot (Grounding)

Walking Barefoot (Grounding)

Your body was not designed to live insulated from the earth.

Take a closer look at animals and you will learn a thing or two from nature.

It is sad that nowadays people force shoes on animals. The same people force animals to eat processed foods, push vaccines to them and even control birth in animals!

You should see them walking obese and stressed animals on the streets in the evening.

For thousands of years, humans walked barefoot on soil, sand, and grass. Today, we spend all week in rubber and plastic shoes.

This are insulators that cut us off from the ground. I am not saying you shouldn’t wear shoes, I am insisting that at least one day in a week, about an hour or two, remove those shoes and walk barefoot.

  • The earth carries free electrons. Direct contact allows subtle electron transfer, helping neutralize excess positive charge linked to inflammation. Remember your system is highly inflamed if you are a consumer of all the inflammatory foods from industries.
  • Walking barefoot improves foot strength, balance, and posture by activating muscles shoes weaken.
  • Ground contact supports nervous system calming, improving stress regulation and sleep quality.
  • Natural surfaces stimulate sensory feedback, improving coordination and joint health.

Shoes will protect you from injury, but constant insulation comes at a cost.

Take them off when safe.
Ground on grass, soil and sand.

Walking barefoot on concrete, cabros, tiles and carpets is still the same thing as shoes.

Sometimes healing is not adding more, it’s in removing what blocks nature.
