FATTY LIVER

Fatty liver disease is not caused by eating fats. Don’t be fooled by that name.

It is driven by excess fructose being converted into triglycerides(TGs) in the liver.

Unlike glucose, fructose is metabolized almost exclusively by the liver. It cannot be utilized by any cell in the body.

When intake is high, especially from sugar, fruit juices, fruits, soda, honey, sugarcane, energy drinks, baked goods, syrups, and processed foods, the liver is overwhelmed and converts fructose into triglycerides.

These fats accumulate inside liver cells, leading to insulin resistance and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).

This explains why even lean individuals can develop fatty liver and why high blood triglycerides often appear before weight gain.

The solution is not in STATINS!

It is removing the trigger. Cutting sugar and fruit juices, avoiding refined carbohydrates, eating whole foods, and fasting.

Give the liver space to clear stored fat.

Animal fats do not cause fatty liver; excess sugar does.

Drop SUGAR in all forms.
